The food and service were decent, and the breakfast was tasty. The room was cozy and the view was great. the staff seemed cheerful and friendly.
The room was tiny for the price we paid for a double room with two double beds. It was like being downgraded instead of upgraded.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects included extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-maintained facilities, comfortable room with a lovely view, and delicious breakfast. The hotel's location was also very convenient for exploring the city.
Nothing, all was good.

We recently had a city break in a hotel that had both good and bad points. On the positive side, the hotel was in a great location which made it easy to explore the area. the evening meal and breakfast were great and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. the Guinness was top-notch, and the Wi-Fi worked well.
We didn't stay long enough to determine if this was a consistent problem.

Amazing staff, great food, and beautiful location with waterfront views. The staff, especially the manager/owner, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The hotel's location right on the waterfront provided stunning views and added to the overall charm of the place. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a view of the harbour.
The room we booked through a third-party website was not what we expected. It was much smaller than the double room with two double beds that we had reserved.
